“The hired candidate was a 10, the overall average a little lower. Not unexpected as this was a very difficult position to fill. Frequency of follow up by Tim was appropriate. Felt there was something of value in all of the conversations, not just an exchange of candidate status info. I’m very pleased with the job Tim did in this search.
