Zachary Nathanson is an Executive Recruiter on the Labels team at Direct Recruiters, Inc. (DRI), where he takes a relationship-driven and transparent approach to recruiting. In this role, Zachary focuses on building meaningful connections and helping organizations identify talent that supports their business objectives while guiding candidates toward rewarding career opportunities.

A graduate of The Ohio State University, Zachary earned a degree in Sport Industry with a minor in Business. Although new to the recruiting industry, he brings a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a competitive mindset to his role. He is committed to providing an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates by emphasizing trust, communication, and long-term relationships.

Outside of work, Zachary enjoys golfing and traveling. A lifelong Cleveland sports fan and passionate supporter of Ohio State athletics, he brings the same enthusiasm, dedication, and team-oriented mindset to his professional life.
