Todd Helmink is a Principal and Operating Partner providing consulting services focused on GTM sales strategy and execution, fractional sales leadership, compensation plan design, and placement services for early-stage health IT vendors. He brings over 20 years of experience in the health IT space, scaling revenue through strategic partnerships and direct sales at organizations including Allscripts, ConnectiveRx, DrFirst, and seven additional startups. Todd holds a BA in Psychology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and completed graduate studies at UC San Diego and the University of Chicago.

Outside of work, he enjoys golf, fly fishing, and traveling with his family. He is also a proud and competitive Dance Dad to two daughters—and, with two female Cavapoos at home, is happily outnumbered.
