TJ Wallenhorst is an Executive Search Recruiter who partners with both clients and candidates to create strong, long-term matches. He takes the time to understand the real needs behind each search, helping clients hire with confidence and guiding candidates to make informed, thoughtful career decisions.

Prior to his work in executive search, TJ spent several years in medical device sales, collaborating closely with hospitals, clinical teams, and leadership to drive growth and foster lasting partnerships. Throughout his career, he has taken on leadership responsibilities, developed and mentored teams, and focused on connecting people in ways that generate meaningful value. This experience gives him a unique perspective on both the business and human sides of hiring and career development.

TJ holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in Management from the University of Dayton (2010).

Outside of work, TJ is a husband and father of five. He enjoys staying active, reading, and focusing on personal growth and wellness. At home, he is also a proud pet owner of 10 cats and 4 guinea pigs, ensuring life is always busy and full of fun.
