Tess Lepore is a Partner and Government Technology recruiter at DRI. The DRI Government Technology team recruits for companies that sell technology into Law Enforcement, Fire/EMS, State & Local Governments, Federal (DoD & Civilian), Education, Transportation/Transit, Ports and Utilities. Tess is someone that believes in following up and following through. Whether that’s with clients, candidates, coworkers, family members or friends, Tess is committed and won’t relent until she exceeds expectations.
Tess graduated from Lake Erie College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Minor in Marketing, and a Concentration in Spanish. During her studies at Lake Erie, she played Women’s Basketball all 4 years in the NCAA DII GLIAC and GMAC conferences. Post-graduation, Tess’s experience before starting her career at DRI included recruiting at Alliance Search Solutions where she focused on the Manufacturing Industry. She learned great communication skills, organization, and the basics of recruiting which she has implemented in her new role at DRi.
Outside of work, Tess loves to travel. She has been to over 60 countries and has lived on 4 continents (Hong Kong, London, South Africa, United States). Tess also loves playing sports with friends and family, playing instruments, listening to music, spending time with friends and family, as well as her dogs.
