Soleil is an Entry Level Recruiter at Direct Recruiters Inc., where she is passionate about building meaningful relationships with clients and candidates through positivity, intentionality, and exceptional customer service. She enjoys connecting with people and helping create successful matches that make a lasting impact.

Before joining DRI, Soleil gained experience in sales, customer service, and marketing, developing strong communication skills and a relationship-focused approach. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Entrepreneurship, providing her with a well-rounded business foundation.

Outside of work, Soleil enjoys expressing her creativity through art, staying active with exercise and yoga, exploring new foods, reading, hiking, cooking, listening to music, and traveling. She loves learning new things and spending time with family and friends. At home, she’s a proud mom to two young daughters and shares her home with two adorable dogs and two cats, creating what she affectionately calls her own little zoo.
