Sheanne Pino

Sheanne Pino is a dedicated Researcher at DRI, where she plays a key role in both recruitment and business development. Specializing in the plastics industry, she expertly sources qualified candidates across a range of companies, ensuring clients are matched with top-tier talent. In addition to her recruitment responsibilities, Sheanne supports business development efforts by identifying potential clients and helping generate new job orders, directly contributing to the firm’s growth initiatives. She also manages DRI’s internal database, ensuring that all candidate and client information is accurate, up to date, and verified to support seamless recruitment and outreach activities.

Before joining DRI, Sheanne built a strong foundation in Human Resources, where she managed payroll, compensation and benefits, and government contributions. Her responsibilities included processing the 13th-month pay, managing employee benefits and loans, handling reimbursement filings, and supporting onboarding and offboarding procedures. Over time, she transitioned into recruitment, where she honed her skills in sourcing, screening, and preparing candidates for successful placements. Sheanne earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2018.

Outside of her professional life, Sheanne enjoys exploring new cuisines and cultural experiences, traveling, and spending time with loved ones. She finds peace in simple pleasures like beach outings and leisurely walks, which help her stay balanced and inspired.
