Shayla Jastrzebski is Partner and Hospital IT Recruiting Manager at DRI. She focuses on placing Healthcare IT professionals into both contract and FTE positions, primarily Epic positions from Analysts to Management level as well as Data Analytics, Data Scientists and Software Engineers. Shayla Jastrzebski is a valuable Hospital IT Recruiting Manager to hospital and health systems across the United States.
Shayla joined DRI right out of college, however she gained valuable internal recruiting experience through two HR internships during college. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Akron.
Outside of work, Shayla enjoys traveling and skiing. She has a love of animals and has one dog and one cat. She now resides in Colorado with her husband and son.
