Robert Karecki joins DRI as an IT Specialist. His focus is on providing the highest quality technical support and embracing new challenges to broaden his technical expertise. Part of his goal includes pursuing certifications from Microsoft in Office 365, Azure, and Microsoft Server to enhance his knowledge.

Robert brings nearly eight years of experience in technical support and IT administration. His background includes building new networks, working with ISPs to secure internet access for both internal and external clients, designing networks, configuring firewalls, setting up Wi-Fi and servers, and managing CCTV systems—both analog and IP-based. Additionally, he provides end-user support, computer hardware and software assistance, and ensures IT cyber security compliance in accordance with PCI DSS and NIST 800-53 SP frameworks.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Information Systems and Cyber Security and an Associate of Network Systems Administration from ITT Technical Institute, as well as an Associate of Computer Network Administration from Remington College.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys gaming, building custom computers, cycling, running, engaging in Warhammer 40k, and reading.
