Mitchell Herman is Managing Partner and Digital Health Executive Recruiter, working alongside Norm Volsky, Managing Partner within the Digital Health space. In 2020, Mitchell was promoted to Partner, then to Managing Partner in January of 2022. As Partner and digital health recruiter, Mitchell focuses on finding and recruiting top talent in the Digital Health space.

Prior to his role to joining DRI as a full-time recruiter, Mitchell interned at DRI for the summer of 2017. He graduated with a BS in Operations Management from the Max M. Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University.

Outside of work, Mitchell enjoys spending time outdoors whether he is swimming, hiking, playing soccer, playing baseball, or playing pickleball. He always enjoys spending time with friends and family.
