Michelle Monko is an Executive Recruiter at Direct Recruiters Inc., bringing a strong foundation in human resources and sales to her work with clients and candidates. She spent five years with UConn Human Resources, followed by 1.5 years in small business sales at ADP, where she developed a consultative, results-driven approach. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys skiing, Pilates, and traveling internationally. She is 100% Polish and fluent in Polish.
