Matthew Cohen serves as Partner and Energy & Sustainability and HVAC/R Practice Leader at Direct Recruiters, Inc. He has over 8 years of experience in the recruiting industry where he built out Direct Recruiters’ Energy & Sustainability and HVAC/R Practices, then eventually was named Partner in 2020.

Matthew focuses his executive search efforts in the growing sectors of Energy & Sustainability that include Energy Management Software, Renewable Energy, Energy Storage, Smart Building Technologies, EV Charging, Clean Transporation and HVAC/R Technologies. He is continuously expanding these practice areas through market research, candidate sourcing, recruiting and new business development.
