Jim Stillwagon joins Direct Recruiters Food and Beverage team as an Executive Recruiter. He is focused on identifying the best of the best candidates in the Food and Beverage industry and placing them in top opportunities in the field. Jim is organized, detail-oriented and has a passion for the food and beverage industry. His curiosity and desire to learn new things enable him to provide quality recruiting solutions to clients and candidates alike.
Jim brings almost 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry to DRI, including 10 years of restaurant General Management. He attended Case Western Reserve University and the Art Institute of Pittsburgh for Culinary Arts.
Jim’s hobbies include spending time with his wife, family, and rescued pit bull, Rocco. He also enjoys running and almost any other outdoor game/sport/activity. Jim likes trying new beers and whiskeys (in moderation, of course), as well as new restaurants and surveying the Cleveland culinary scene. Jim also is a die-hard Pittsburgh Penguins fan.
