With over 10 years of recruiting experience, she has a proven track record of sourcing, evaluating, and positioning candidates, particularly within private practice settings, with a focus on clinicians in nephrology and psychiatry.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Auburn University and is fluent in Spanish, drawing from her Costa Rican background.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes as a creative outlet, something that comes naturally as a New Orleans native. She also loves traveling and exploring new cultures and cuisines. At home, she manages a lively household that includes chickens, quail, dogs, and cats, with chicken-keeping being a particularly rewarding hobby.

Jennifer is married with three children, and family plays a central role in her life. She’s also a fan of both the Commanders and the Saints.
