Grant Sarnowski

Grant Sarnowski is an Executive Recruiter on the Digital Health team at DRI, where he currently supports a range of functions including overflow recruitment, mid-market sales roles, and is preparing to take on finance-focused searches. Known for his adaptable approach and strong interpersonal skills, Grant plays a key role in identifying and connecting top talent with emerging opportunities in the digital health space.
Prior to joining DRI, Grant worked as an Associate Consultant, where he honed his recruiting skills and built a foundation in talent acquisition.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Leadership from the Boler College of Business at John Carroll University. During his time at JCU, Grant served as Captain of the university’s tennis team and was also a campus tour guide—early signs of his leadership and communication strengths.
Outside of work, Grant enjoys playing competitive pickleball, is a devoted fan of Wisconsin sports, and has a deep passion for both basketball and history. He’s also known for his impressive knowledge of geography and quick recall of historical facts.
