Emily Baron is DRI’s Client Engagement and Operations Manager on the Healthcare IT Team. In this integral role, Baron streamlines the recruiting process. Her responsibilities include management of candidate submission, search coordination and facilitating communication between clients and our internal team of recruiters.  

Emily is an alumnus of Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in news and information journalism specializing in women’s, gender and sexuality studies. She also underwent extra credit hours to earn a certificate in Diversity Studies. Prior to being a part of the DRI team, she was an event-planning, social media, and public relations intern for Rebecca Adele PR & Events. 

In her spare time, she enjoys drawing; painting; writing; antiquing; live music; and spending time with her maltipoo, Darla.
