Eli Rubeck is a Research Intern for the Labels Practice at Direct Recruiters Inc, where he provides backend support to the team by researching candidates, label practicing, and assisting throughout the recruiting process on both the client and candidate sides. He is passionate about learning the ins and outs of the recruiting industry and contributing to meaningful connections between talent and opportunity while continuing to build his skills in research, communication, and business development.

Eli is currently a rising junior at Case Western Reserve University, where he is studying Accounting and Entrepreneurship. He has gained experience across a variety of teams and industries, including cost research projects with Cleveland Clinic and audit work at Bottom Line Refined, further strengthening his analytical and professional skill set.

Outside of work and academics, Eli enjoys cooking, photography, rowing, handball, and poker. A fun fact about Eli is that he has a dog named Lily and enjoys competing in just about any sport he can find.
