Danny Myeroff is an Executive Recruiter and Partner at Direct Recruiters, specializing in Digital Health and Employee Benefits. After completing a four-year internship with the firm, Danny officially joined the team, bringing a deep understanding of the industry and a strong commitment to delivering top talent for mission-critical roles.

Danny leads the recruitment for commercial and executive level Partnerships, Health Plan, and  Reseller Channel hires. He collaborates with leading companies to secure high-impact talent for critical growth positions, with a strong focus on building lasting relationships in the employer tech space. Working closely with Norm Volsky, Managing Partner and Practice Leader, Danny plays a key role in driving strategic hires across senior leadership and high-performing individual contributor roles.

Danny is known for building long-term relationships and serving as a trusted market resource for both passive and active candidates. His dedication to excellence and strategic approach to recruiting led to his promotion to Partner in 2025.

Danny graduated from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business in 2023 where he pursued a double major in Finance and Marketing.

Outside of his role at DRI, Danny enjoys sports, the gym, and general health and wellness. He also is passionate about AI and financial investing.
