As Partner and Executive Search Director of Labels & Narrow Web, Dan Miller works closely with David Peterson, Managing Partner and Director of DRI’s Plastics and Flexible Packaging practice area to orchestrate the growth of our Labels and Labeling market segment. Dan’s responsibilities include new business development, relationship facilitation, sourcing, connecting and acquiring top tier talent in order to present the best slate of candidates to clients. Dan is straightforward and client focused with a passion for finding “the perfect fit” for both clients and candidates alike. Dan Miller is one of the most resourceful labels recruiters in the United States.

Prior to joining Direct Recruiters, Inc. Dan worked as an Executive Recruiter for our sister company, Direct Consulting Associates. Formerly, he worked for a Fortune 500 service company and managed a multi-million dollar business unit that covered West Michigan. His seven years of sales experience paired with his drive and competitiveness allow him to build great relationships with the best talent in the industry.

Dan received his Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Miami University. He is a former club rugby player, an avid CrossFit athlete and enjoys playing ice hockey. Dan also loves traveling and has visited over 12 countries including Tanzania, where he climbed Kilimanjaro.
