Dan most recently served as Chief Corporate Development Officer at Kyruus Health, where he raised over $200M in capital, led three buy-side acquisitions, and oversaw the company’s sale to RevSpring in 2025. Previously, he held corporate development roles atathenahealth and Evolent Health, including helping lead Evolent’s 2015 IPO and multiple acquisitions. He began his career in healthcare investment banking at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (now Truist).
