Charisma Campomanes supports DRI’s recruiting team through research and talent sourcing, identifying and engaging qualified candidates while building talent pipelines and providing market insights. She brings more than 10 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, talent research, sourcing, and HR business partnering across a variety of industries and specialized roles. Charisma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, a Master of Arts in Organization Development, and is SHRM-CP certified.

Originally from the Philippines, Charisma now lives in Florida with her husband. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new places, trying new restaurants and activities, practicing yoga, and spending time with family. A dog lover, she also enjoys discovering new experiences and finding time to recharge.
