Andrea Avila is an Executive Assistant on Digital Health at Direct Recruiters, Inc., where she brings organization, proactivity, and strong attention to detail to her role. She is focused on supporting clients and candidates, ensuring smooth operations, and allowing leadership to focus on what matters most.

Prior to joining DRI, Andrea gained experience as an Executive Assistant in the transfer pricing and tax sector. In this role, she developed strong expertise in supporting leadership, managing client relationships, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Andrea earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán (UADY).

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys watching series and movies, going out to cafés and restaurants with the people she cares about, and attending concerts. At the end of the day, Andrea loves spending time with her dog, Jackson, her favorite co-worker and emotional support buddy, who makes remote work even better.
