Aaron Kutz serves as Partner and Practice Leader, Security. He also leads business development within Electronic Security Technology by networking across the industry with top professionals, building new client relationships, and gaining new searches within the segment. Aaron also works closely with Partner, Ryan Lange, to facilitate existing search assignments by sourcing and qualifying candidates in order to fill high level positions. Aaron is very goal oriented and loves to take on new challenges. He is a valuable resource for companies needing a security recruiter or government technology recruiter to assist in finding top talent.
Aaron graduated from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business with a double major in both Finance and Real Estate Urban Analysis. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, Noah and Jack. In addition, Aaron likes attending Cleveland and Ohio State sporting events as well as any form of live music.
