Nicole Dauria has been in the executive search business for close to 20 years. Her passion is to add value to the organizations and to enhance the lives of the people she places with her clients. Majority of her business has been performed through a hybrid of retained search and contingency in which the searches were elevated in the eyes of the candidate and she was accountable to her clients through a true partnership. Nicole has worked on searches from the C-suite to operations and sales roles.

Nicole has a proven track record. She is results oriented. Her approach consists of a collaborative needs analysis and an intensive research process of identifying the most highly qualified candidates who are currently working in the market and interested in exploring other opportunities without active pursuance via the internet and other public sources.

Nicole graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Human Resource Management. She was also a member of the women’s basketball team. She is a mother of two children, an active USTA tennis player, loves to stay active and fit, enjoys Cleveland sports teams, cooking and gardening.
