Aaron Kutz, Executive Recruiter for Government and Electronic Security at Direct Recruiters, Inc. (DRI) recently had the opportunity to speak to two Undergraduate Business classes at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio. Aaron was asked to give advice and answer questions on how college students can be successful when job searching, interviewing, and networking.

Since Aaron is an Executive Recruiter, he shared what companies are looking for in job candidates including emotional intelligence (EI), willingness to learn, attitude, and experience. Additionally, he spoke about the importance of networking and encouraged students to get hands-on experience through internships and interviewing as much as possible.
