RCM Sales Executive

Job Description
Client Summary:

Position Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and open new health system accounts through outbound outreach, referral networks, and strategic targeting using analytics tools
  • Build data-driven ROI cases and cost savings projections that quantify the financial impact of the solutions for each prospective client
  • Sell full revenue cycle solutions including outsourced services, automation, CDI, denials management, patient access, and analytics
  • Engage CFOs, VP-level revenue cycle leaders, and C-suite stakeholders as the primary executive sponsor throughout the sales cycle
  • Bundle technology and SaaS components into service offerings to maximize deal value and increase contract multiples
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with discipline, urgency, and a consultative approach
  • Partner with internal solution engineers, client success, and leadership to develop and deliver winning proposals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking in CRM
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of enterprise RCM sales experience with a track record of opening new health system logos and closing large, complex deals
  • Deep revenue cycle domain expertise across the full cycle: patient access, mid-cycle coding and CDI, business office, denials, A/R management, and analytics
  • Experience selling against or alongside R1RCM, Optum, FinThrive, TransUnion Healthcare, Ensemble, or Conifer is highly preferred
  • Consultative, data-driven sales approach with the ability to build meaningful business cases and savings projections before the first client meeting
  • Comfortable engaging and building relationships with CFOs, revenue cycle executives, and C-suite health system leaders
  • Hunter mentality with a proven ability to build pipeline from scratch rather than relying on an existing install base
  • Self-directed, organized, and energized by the challenge of selling in a competitive market with significant upside
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Compensation $200k-$300k
