Senior Controls Engineer – $110K-$130K

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Controls Engineer to support the design and development of advanced robotic automation systems. This position combines PLC programming, electrical design, controls architecture, and hardware/software integration and is well suited for an engineer who enjoys hands-on product development and cross-functional collaboration.

• 5+ years of experience in controls, electrical engineering, robotics, or automation
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, with Allen-Bradley experience preferred
• Develop electrical schematics, panel layouts, and BOMs
• Experience with Studio 5000 and AutoCAD Electrical or similar platforms
• Select and specify sensors, controls, and industrial electrical components
• Support machine safety and I/O network integration
• Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers on robotic systems
• Up to 20% travel for customer support, testing, and site acceptance
