Business Development Manager – Paint & Coating Automation

I’m partnering with a growing automation company looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help build and grow its presence in the industrial paint and finishing market. This is a greenfield opportunity for someone who knows the finishing industry and enjoys developing business from the ground up.

• Remote – Continental U.S.

• $130K-$150K Base + Variable ($210K+ OTE)

• Uncapped earning potential

• 50%+ national travel

• 10+ years of paint/coating industry experience preferred

• Experience with automation, robotics, or capital equipment

• Knowledge of liquid and/or powder coating systems

• Understanding of paint booths, spray equipment, ovens, and finishing systems

• Strong hunter/new business development mentality
