Position Title: Head of Foundational Company Sales
- Reports To: Head of Sales
- Location: Remote – preference for candidates based in Minneapolis, MN, Columbus, OH, or Irvine, CA
About the Opportunity
The Head of Foundational Sales is a new role that will lead a critical segment of Avandra’s commercial organization, responsible for maintaining and growing revenue across enterprise hardware and software sales, primarily to health systems, hospitals, large multi-specialty medical groups, and imaging centers. This is a player-coach role overseeing a team that currently includes the Head of Channel & OEM Sales, a Sales Manager, and a Sales Development Representative.
The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on selling. Core performance metrics will center on executing against an annual team quota, building pipeline, and expanding existing relationships. You will quickly learn Avandra’s products, customer base, and sales operations, while refining and revamping GTM motions for our foundational companies that Avandra acquired in 2024 and 2025.
