Direct Recruiters is pleased to announce that Matthew Cohen has been named as their new Practice Leader for DRI’s HVAC/R recruitment division.  Matthew’s new position will be in addition to his current role as Practice Leader of Energy & Sustainability.

Matthew will be responsible for market research, candidate sourcing, recruiting, new business development and expanding the HVAC/R practice. His ultimate goal is to match top industry companies with candidates who wish to maximize their potential and achieve their greatest aspirations.

Matthew has been with DRI for over 4 years and according to Dan Charney, President & CEO of DRI, “Matthew’s success and passion within the Energy space makes him the right person to lead and run our HVAC/R Practice area as well. We have complete confidence in his abilities.”

Matthew attended Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio. Subsequently, he served in the military for two years as a combat paratrooper.
