Ari Shapiro works with technology companies serving the food and beverage industry, connecting businesses with key talent and leaders with new opportunities. His focus includes technology across food safety and quality, regulatory compliance, traceability, supply chain, ERP, automation, data, AI, and other solutions that help food and beverage businesses operate more efficiently and profitably.

Ari brings a unique combination of industry and sales experience to his recruiting work. He spent 11 years running a regional food distribution company, where he managed sales and operations teams. Prior to that, he spent five years in B2B SaaS sales.

Ari earned his BS in Business from the University of Kansas.

A Chicago native, Ari now resides in Orange, Ohio, with his wife and two sons. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the Cleveland MetroParks, cooking and BBQing, trying new restaurants and cuisines, and all things food-related. Despite growing up in Chicago, Ari is a passionate Green Bay Packers fan and also follows KU basketball and football.
