Caden Jutz joins DRI as an IT Support Specialist, where he will provide support to employees to ensure they can reliably connect with clients and candidates. He will also work on technical projects designed to make outreach more efficient for recruiters.

Before joining DRI, Caden completed an IT internship at AgCredit in the summer of 2025. He also spent two years as a part-time Network Technician at Kent State University and six months as a part-time Technical Support Specialist for the City of Fairlawn. He transitioned from both roles in August 2026 to join the DRI team.

Caden holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Kent State University, where he also minored in Computer Engineering Technology.

Outside of work, Caden enjoys playing Dungeons & Dragons, creating terrariums, reading about history and geopolitics, studying French, and playing disc golf, pickleball, and video games. He also enjoys going for bike rides and considers Giordano’s his favorite restaurant, a favorite that he still misses since its only Ohio location closed.
