Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Kyruus Health, where she led the development of talent strategy and M&A integration for the Boston-based healthcare technology firm. With a career trajectory that includes serving as Chief People Officer for Verato, DrFirst, and Catalyte, as well as Head of Global HR for PayPal Credit, Paige has consistently driven organizational scaling through high-growth cycles with a focus on Executive Maturity.

A multi-certified leader Paige specializes in Executive Development, AI People Strategy, M&A Integration, and global Talent Strategy. Her unique background spanning both Technology and People includes a decade at Exelon, where she managed both HR and Information Technology organizations.
