Her experience also includes roles such as Graduate Assistant at Missouri Baptist University, where she supported athletic recruitment and academic success, and Research Associate at Maven Day, where she connected C-suite executives with financial leaders and uncovered new business opportunities.

Martha holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Missouri Baptist University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Columbia College.
