As an Executive Recruiter at DRI, Herschel focuses on delivering strategic talent acquisition solutions that align with clients’ business goals. With a deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment operations, he adds value by identifying top-tier talent, optimizing hiring processes, and ensuring the best candidate-to-role matches. His collaborative approach and data-driven strategies help clients build high-performance teams while providing candidates with meaningful career opportunities.

Prior to joining DRI, Herschel held leadership roles in recruitment and talent acquisition, including Senior Recruitment Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. He also served as a College Professor at the University of Mindanao, demonstrating his versatility across corporate and academic environments. His background includes experience in project management, legal support, and offshore staffing, equipping him with a comprehensive and adaptable professional toolkit. Herschel holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Mindanao.

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring creative pursuits, staying active, and participating in community events. His passion for leadership, continuous improvement, and connecting people to purpose drives his work every day.
