Tim Sullen joins the Direct Recruiters team as an Executive Recruiter focused on finding top leadership, sales, engineering, and supply chain talent within the Automation & Robotics industry. Tim’s successful recruiting approach can be attributed to his ability to quickly connect and build positive relationships with both clients and candidates.
Prior to joining Direct Recruiters, Tim was the Director of HR for the Twinsburg City School District. He also spent 4 years teaching Special Education in Euclid City Schools, then 5 years as an Assistant Principal between Cleveland Metropolitan School District and Twinsburg City School District. Tim received a BA in Special Education from Cleveland State University, and a MA of Educational Leadership from Ursuline College.
Outside of his work at DRI, Tim’s hobbies include photography, fishing and all things sports; he is a huge Cleveland Browns fan. Additionally, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife, Amanda, and two kids, Zoey and Mia and their dog, Beckham.
