Jessica Marino joins the DRI team as an Executive Recruiter for the Material Handling, Packaging, and Food Processing practice areas. Working alongside Cherie Shepard, Partner and Practice Leader, Jess knows that putting in the time and hard work is what delivers results. Highly skilled in emotional intelligence, she cultivates relationships with candidates and clients to create career matches based on skill sets and company cultures.
Jessica is no recruiting rookie. Before joining DRI, she spent three years working as a recruiter for Aerospace and Manufacturing industries. Now, she pivots and brings that consulting experience to our clients and candidates. Jessica also has a B.A. in Psychology from Coastal Carolina University.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys playing volleyball, and when the weather is nicer, she enjoys outdoor and water activities. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Jess credits her grit and determination to being a collegiate athlete and to her rodeo barrel racing experience growing up.
