Aaron Blashka joins Direct Recruiters as a 2023 Summer Intern for the Material Handling, Packaging, and Processing team. During the next few months, Aaron will work closely with the MHP team throughout their day-to-day activities and learn the ins and outs of candidate sourcing, recruiting processes, and client relationship management. As a part of his internship, Aaron will focus on social media recruiting through LinkedIn.

Aaron just finished his sophomore year at Syracuse University as a Political Science major and Public Communications minor. He has previously held roles as a Weight Room Supervisor at the Barnes Center at Syracuse University and an Escapology Game Master in Solon.

In his free time, Aaron enjoys playing sports like golf and baseball, playing the guitar, and watching movies.
