In his new position, Dan will continue to drive the growth and execution of corporate culture and corporate strategy, and advance continuing efforts to improve the service and overall profitability of DRI.

Dan joined DRI in 1998 as a recruiter. In 2004, he was promoted to Managing Partner and in November 2013, Dan was named as part of the “Forty under 40” Class of 2013 by Crain’s Cleveland Business Magazine. In addition, Dan’s business acumen is why he has been invited to participate as part of several industry events to help train other Executive search firms across the country.

Kim Jaber joins DRI as the Operations Manager. Kim ensures that our business runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. She finds ways to make the company more productive by implementing effective methods in its business operations including employee benefits and payroll, bookkeeping and invoicing, inventory control, and employee on-boarding. In addition, Kim works closely with Shel Myeroff, President, to facilitate company policies and procedures.
Kim brings previous experience as the HR & Office Manager for a styling appliances company. She is hard-working, detail oriented and results driven. She handles any challenges quickly and efficiently.
Kim earned her Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Kent State University. She enjoys traveling with her husband and quality time with her 2 young children.
DRI welcomes Josh Olgin.
Josh is a Project Manager and works closely with Dan Charney to expand the DRI Bio-Medical Lab Equipment and Pharmaceutical & Food Processing segment. In addition, he will be working with many of DRI’s clients in the Robotic Industry.

His previous experience in automotive recruiting and outside sales enables him to quickly comprehend client needs and recruit progressive talent able to deliver profitable results. Ryan is energetic, dedicated, and driven to succeed which is evident by his distinguished title as the winningest wrestler in Purdue University’s history. His athletic accomplishments include two-time Big Ten Champion and two-time All American. In addition, he served 3 years as a Division 1, NCAA wrestling coach.
Ryan is an avid Cleveland sports fan, enjoys biking, jogging and coaching youngsters in wrestling.

David Peterson recently celebrated his sixth anniversary with DRI and his focus remains on Supply Chain Automation and Enterprise Mobility. He is a member of AIM and RFID Tribe. He has been cited in various industry journals including Mobile Enterprise Magazine.
