DRI Welcomes Christy Fox as Marketing Specialist

Direct Recruiters, Inc. is pleased to announce that Christy Fox has joined them as a Marketing Specialist. Working closely with Marketing Manager, Barb Miller, Christy creates compelling social media posts, blogs, and website content.  In addition, Christy is responsible for DRI’s Testimonial program, marketing collateral materials e-blasts, e-news and competitor research.  She also focuses on finding effective ways to implement business marketing strategies.

Before joining DRI, Christy worked as a Marketing Intern at a manufacturing company and gained experience with e-mail marketing, website maintenance, and competitor research.

Christy earned a BBA from Ashland University in Marketing with minors in both Information Systems and Fashion Merchandising.  While at Ashland, she was the Marketing Intern at the rec center and participated in as many intramural sports as possible.  She enjoys spending time with friends and family, shopping, running and playing sports.

DRI Welcomes Thomas M. Clark as Director of Military Transition, Military Leadership Excellence, & Supply Chain/Logistics

Direct Recruiters, Inc. is pleased to announce that Thomas M. Clark has joined our team as the Director of Military Transition, Military Leadership Excellence, and the Supply Chain/Logistics Practice.

Tom’s experience managing high growth, multi-division, multi-billion dollar businesses is a great compliment to his military leadership experience.  He is a former U.S Army Captain and Airborne Ranger that led troops in combat in the global war on terrorism and served as a subject matter expert on logistics. Tom then successfully built and led teams at organizations like Staples, Cardinal Health and the Cleveland Clinic.

In addition, Tom is a passionate executive level operations leader and is certified in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He has a proven track record in for-profit, nonprofit, government, publicly traded, and privately held organizations.

Tom is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, Toastmasters International, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.  He is a Supply Chain Services Management Officer Graduate from the US Army Quartermaster Center & School, Fort Lee, Virginia. He also earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University, Cleveland, Ohio with a dual major in Business Management and Logistics.

Tom and his wife have 2 children.  Outside of work, Tom, an Eagle Scout, practices servant leadership as an Adult Volunteer in Boy Scouts of America and past Cub Scout Den Leader.  He also coaches for various youth sports and enjoys golfing.

DRI Names Aaron Kutz Project Manager of Security Practice

Direct Recruiters is pleased to announce that Aaron Kutz has been appointed as the Project Manager to lead the expansion of our Electronic/Security Practice Area.

Aaron is responsible for developing new business opportunities as well as recruiting top talent for companies that sell Physical/Electronic Security technologies. He will focus on senior level positions across sales, operations, and technical management on a nationwide basis.

Dan’s responsibilities include new business development, relationship facilitation, sourcing, connecting and acquiring top tier talent in order to present the best slate of candidates to clients.
