Cherie Shepard began at DRI over 10 years ago and currently directs the Packaging, Processing & Material Handling teams. She is known for her ability to quickly comprehend clients’ unique needs and identify high caliber talent in her industry. Cherie demonstrates exceptional leadership qualities and serves as a positive role model for women in business. Cherie founded the Direct Companies’ women’s group to support women in professional development, wellness, philanthropy, and more.

For over 14 years, Jason Herbert has been building lasting client and candidate relationships with professionals in the Packaging, Processing & Material Handling industries. He is committed to partnering with top organizations to fill executive and professional positions including sales, marketing and engineering. As Practice Leader, Jason displays leadership, hard work and dedication to DRI’s processes and values. In 2016, Jason was named DRI’s Recruiter of the Year, a prestigious award for the top producer in the company.

Norm Volsky joined DRI first as an intern in 2011. As Practice Leader of Digital Health, Norm’s main objective is to complete each search successfully while providing a positive experience for both clients and candidates in the healthcare IT industry. He consistently leads by example and is an excellent mentor to newer team members. Norm’s exceptional communication and leadership skills will serve him in his new role as Partner at DRI.
