Courtney Klimkewicz joins the Direct Recruiters team as a Recruiter in the Supply Chain & Logistics practice area, bringing nearly eight years of experience in recruitment. She has a proven track record of successfully connecting top talent with leading organizations across a variety of industries.

Courtney’s recruiting approach is rooted in positivity, active listening, and quickly building personal connections with both candidates and clients. Her ability to understand the unique needs of her clients has been a cornerstone of her success.

Courtney earned her Bachelor’s degree in Geography with a minor in Business Management from Youngstown State University. Originally from the Youngstown area, she now resides outside of Solon with her husband and their three young daughters.

Outside of work, Courtney is an assistant cheer coach for her daughter’s team and enjoys spending time with her family. Whether golfing, cheering on Cleveland sports teams, or exploring new travel destinations, Courtney values making the most of every moment.
