Before joining DRI, Garrick gained experience in recruitment, where he honed his skills in identifying top talent and building lasting relationships. He is a graduate of Barberton High School (Class of 2009) and holds both a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and an MBA from Lake Erie College.

Outside of work, Garrick enjoys working out, playing basketball, watching sports, and spending quality time with family and friends. Adding to his diverse background, he spent five years as a professional basketball player in Europe, competing for two years each in Spain and Slovakia and concluding his career with a season in France.
