Before joining Direct Recruiters, Nick recruited for a private equity-backed consulting firm focused on supply chain and analytics within the consulting sector, further enhancing his sourcing and recruitment skills in these specialized fields.

Nick played football at Capital University before transferring to the University of Toledo, where he majored in English. His diverse background in both athletics and academics shapes his approach to recruitment, combining discipline, communication, and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional results.
