Acquired by Starfish Partners in 2022, Full Spectrum Search Group will now operate under the Direct Recruiters, Inc. umbrella, enhancing our comprehensive range of recruitment and executive search solutions within the broad healthcare market. Tess Lepore began at DRI over 3 years ago as an executive recruiter and has played an integral role on the Government, Energy and Security team. She quickly excelled in the executive search industry, bringing an admirable work ethic, positive mentality, and goal-oriented outlook. Tess is someone that believes in following up and following through. Whether that’s with clients, candidates, coworkers, family members or friends, Tess is committed and won’t relent until she exceeds expectations. In addition to her successful recruiting accomplishments in the Government Technology space, Tess is a valuable mentor for up-and-coming recruiters, and runs weekly training sessions, enabling others to grow and scale their recruiting careers. Justin Doyle joined DRI in 2012 specializing in automation recruiting. Justin's enthusiasm and attention to detail quickly propelled him to being the Director of Fluid Power, then Practice Leader of Water Technology. Justin's outstanding abilities to expand and cultivate recruiting practices through market research, candidate sourcing and new business development led to a new role in 2023 as Starfish Partners' Director of Technology and Innovation. In this role, Justin helps recruiting firms and Starfish Partners to develop strategies surrounding their recruiting tech-stack and improve data quality and processes, in addition to mentoring database analysts and researchers. Justin's extensive combined expertise in the recruiting industry and technology field plays a large part of DRI and Starfish Partners' growth and success.
